How to connect Polar
- Open Polar → Settings → Developers → New token.
- Select scopes orders:read and subscriptions:read only.
- Copy the token and paste it in MotionMRR.
- Pick a style and the months to show, choose what stays hidden, and render your video.

What MotionMRR can access
Create an organization access token with only the orders:read and subscriptions:read scopes. Sandbox tokens are refused in production.
How your Polar MRR is calculated
- Subscription orders, using their net amount.
- Yearly orders are spread over 12 months, so annual plans don’t create fake spikes.
What the video shows
Your MRR curve draws itself month by month, a counter follows the line, and each milestone you crossed ($1K, $5K, $10K…) gets its moment. You choose per video whether to show the exact MRR, growth only, or just the shape of the curve. Export 16:9 for X and LinkedIn, or 9:16 and 1:1 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts on the Studio plan.
Known limits
- Beta: written from Polar’s API documentation and tested against simulated responses, not yet against many real accounts.

Which Polar token do I need?

Are one-time purchases counted?
No, only subscription orders count toward MRR.
